The Panthers Make The First Move In Free Agency Signing Kevin Payne

The Panthers were the first team to make a move in free agency as they have signed veteran safety Kevin Payne. The biggest question mark with Payne is his health. Payne missed the entire 2010 season because of an injury. If Payne is able to stay healthy he can add depth to the safety position that already includes Sherrod Martin and Charles Godfrey.
