Happy offseason, Rams' fans! It couldn't have come sooner than it has, with the Rams dragging to a 1-15 finish after losing their final game to the San Francisco 49ers, who finished 8-8 and second in the NFC West. Today, I would like to identify some big needs for the Rams this offseason. Obviously, a 1-15 team is going to have lots of needs, but I'm going to try and nail down some of the bigger ones needed for the Rams to be at least a bit more successful in the upcoming 2010 season. Okay, finals are over, school is done, and I'm ready to focus on football again. So here's a short post about the present and the future of the Rams linebacking corps. Over the weekend, the Rams surprised some people by giving former second round pick Pisa Tinoisamoa his walking papers. Tinoisamoa will go down in Rams lore as a player who had tons of potential, realized that potential during certain moments, but overall was a frustration. Though the leading tackler on the team last season, the Rams seem to be heading in a different direction with this unit.
