With the 2010 Draft becoming the center of attention, one of the many players making some noise is former Clemson running back CJ Spiller. Spiller was one of the prolific players in college football while with the Tigers. Spiller finished with 7,592 all purpose yards, along with 40+ career touchdowns in his college career.
Spiller obviously brings a top ten talent to this draft class, with the ability to be a running back, receiver, and even a kick returner. One problem though, which is most of the league is satisfied at their running back positions and will draft for other needs. If Spiller is available from the mid to late rounds, it is quite [...]

After the stomping 31-10 win over the Arizona Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts’ defensive end Dwight Freeney injured his quad and is expected to miss two-to-three weeks.
The Colts will be facing the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday, and it they’ll miss the pressure Freeney will be putting on Seneca Wallace. But hopefully, Robert Mathis can step it [...]

There was a time when T.J. Houshmanzadeh was a big house hold name in Minnesota. (No pun intended) A time when the many Minnesota Vikings fans could almost dream of seeing the long named athlete streaking down the sidelines, a football in hands, and a Metrodome crowd booming with cheers.
Yet oddly enough, those days have come and gone, and Housh is a distant and faded memory from the average Minnesota sports fan's mind.
Ever since he joined the Seattle Seahawks this past off-season through the NFL free agency, Vikings fans have pushed him out of their lives and out onto the [...]

Dig in the trenches is the key to any type of football game. Whether that be a snow backyard game or a super bowl championship game. It all matters on the offensive line.

This off-season Tim Ruskell seams like he should be a professional poker player. He convinced the best WR in free agency T.J Houshmandzadeh to sign with a team that just went 4-12 over the Cincinnati Bengals and Minnesota Vikings.
Then Ruskell sent out all the smoke screens about drafting QB Mark Sanchez and wound up drafting the player they wanted all along which was OLB Aaron Curry.

The NFC West has always been considered a weak division and it still is. Over the last five years, before this season the Seahawks had won the NFC West. Which included a trip to the Super Bowl.
Last season the Arizona Cardinals won the NFC West, which was their first playoff appearance since 1998. During the season, the Cardinals won the division only because of their offense. The Cardinals offense had pro bowlers WR Larry [...]

Over the last two weeks rumors have been going around the league about what the Seahawks might do with the fourth overall pick. There has been links to OT Eugene Monroe, LB Aaron Curry, QB Matt Stafford, QB Mark Sanchez, and possibly WR Michael Crabtree. Seahawks GM Tim Ruskell came out this week and said the he has a list of four players that he is considering drafting fourth overall. Some of those players could go before Seattle or be there when Seattle picks at four. This mock draft will shed a lot of light on what the Seahawks remaining needs are and how they plan on filling them.
