The Bills capped off the end of the 2009-10 season with a snow storm of a victory over the visiting Indianapolis Colts 30-7. I must admit, I was quite pleased with the effort the Bills put into this game being they were not going to face all the great talent on the Colts roster. Why did the Bills not face the talent you may ask? Well, the Colts are in the playoffs with a first-week bye and home-field advantage throughout. Of course, all of us know what the Bills will be doing this off-season, right?
Regardless of the off-season, the Bills and their players put up wonderful and somewhat impressive numbers last Sunday. The key components to the victory were the offense found the end zone, Bills QB, Ryan Fitzpatrick threw no interceptions and the defense actually tackled and somewhat [...]

Brian Brohm played his first game with high expectations all around him, but let the Bills faithful down. Of course, being in New York for the holidays, I was surrounded by people that didn't really expect much from the quarterback or the offensive line that blocks for him. This would be Brohm's first start in the NFL since being drafted by the Packers in the 2008 draft out of Louisville. It is a good thing no one was expecting much, because he never found the end-zone nor did the rest of the team.
Brohm finished the game with 146 passing yards on 17-of-29 passing attempts and two interceptions and no touchdowns. The no touchdowns would also spread throughout the rest of the offense like the H1N1 virus. Bills starting running back Fred Jackson only managed to compile a whopping 39 [...]

The Buffalo Bills visited the Kansas City Chiefs this past Sunday and escaped with a victory improving their record to 5-8 overall and 2-1 under new head coach Perry Fewell.
Needless to say, a win is a win but it wasn't pretty. Coming into the game, the Chiefs only had three wins themselves so we can say very comfortably that this game wasn't going to be a potential postseason game or [...]

The Bills traveled north of the border this past Thursday evening to take on their in-state neighbors the Jets. Coming into this game the Bills had high expectations of getting a two game win streak going after a great win against the Dolphins the previous Sunday. Unfortunately, this would turn out to not be the case.
This game was probably the WORST all-around game I have seen the Bills play all season. Of course, against the Dolphins the previous week, I thought that was the BEST all-around game the Bills had played all year. Irony, is it not?
This game would also be the worst game Ryan Fitzpatrick would play as a starter. Fitzpatrick finished the game 9-of-23 for 98 yards, no touchdowns, one interception and two fumbles (one was thankfully recovered). Being that the QB was having [...]

First time head coach Perry Fewell led his Buffalo Bills and new starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick on to the field Sunday afternoon to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Putting up somewhat of an impressive fight, the Bills managed to almost win in Fewell's first game as interim head coach.
Overall, I did see signs of improvement on the offensive side of the ball that I have not seen in the [...]

The Bills continued their losing ways on Sunday, compliments of the Tennessee Titans. As predicted Titans owner Bud Adams was left pondering after flicking of the Bills.
The anticipated return of Trent Edwards was a complete let down. Edwards returned as the starting QB and actually looked worse than before his concussion and time off. Edwards went 18-of-28, one TD and one interception. During the game, I think once the Bills were tired of Edwards not doing anything, [...]

Sunday, the Bills and Texans faced off in Buffalo which some thought would have been the start of a three-game winning streak for the Bills. Unfortunately, we were wrong as the Bills lost to the Texans 31-10.
Coming into the game, the Bills offense was led by backup QB Ryan Fitzpartick due to the concussion to Trent Edwards in last week's game against the Panthers. The defense was led by S Jairus Byrd and his multiple interceptions in the last three games. Needless to say, one of these leaders did not disappoint.
Let's unveil the bad first (drum roll please). Ryan Fitzpatrick was, how do I put this in somewhat nice terms... worthless. Fitzpartick went 15-of-23 for 117 yards and two interceptions. Trent Edwards could have put up these numbers with the concussion symptoms he's been [...]
