The Cleveland Browns have traded two former first round draft picks Brady Quinn and Kameron Wimbley. Quinn goes to Denver for fullback Peyton Hillis, a 2011 6th round pick and a conditional pick in the 2012 draft. Wimbley was dealt to Oakland. There is no word yet on what the Browns will receive in return for Wimbley.
While the trade of Quinn was expected, I didn't see the Wimbley trade coming. Wimbley was the Browns first pick and 13th overall in the 2006 draft and Quinn was selected number 22 overall in the 2007 draft. The seventh round pick out of Arkansas did not disappoint.
Broncos fans knew he was something special when he converted on a key fourth-and-one against the Cleveland Browns late in the game to keep the Broncos alive for their eventual victory.
