Packers 3-4 defense

With the hiring of defensive coordinator Dom Capers, the Packers are making a dramatic shift from a 4-3 to a 3-4. They have two excellent ILB candidates in place in the speedy Nick Barnett and the sturdy A.J. Hawk. They need a pass-rushing OLB to play opposite Aaron Kampman. The draft is loaded with edge-rushing talent – Florida State’s Everett Brown or Penn State’s Aaron Maybin could be a good fit. The Packers also need to beef up their defensive line.
