Ndamukong Suh

It's March, and everybody who has ever written two words about the NFL is doing a mock draft. I'm part of that "everybody," but rather than take on the whole league, I'm going to focus on the good old NFC North. What follows is a team-by-team breakdown of each team's projected 2010 needs, and how they will choose to fill them in rounds one and two (sorry, Bears fans). Minnesota Vikings It's no secret that the old Black and Blue Division has been looking [...] Continue reading →
This article is based off information I have heard from NFLFanHouse.com. Since the NFL Combine began early last week, we are hearing more rumors and opinions regarding the number one pick. Currently it is held by the St. Louis Rams, who finished 1-15 last season. So far we have heard a few things; the general manager saying all bets are off, and the star player believing they should trade the selection if not sold on one player. The debate right now is between defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and Oklahoma quarterback as to whom the St. Louis Rams will take. If you go off my opinion, I believe the Rams should take Suh to continue building a young defense that can be a force years down the line. However, is [...] Continue reading →
The 2010 NFL Draft is two months away, and for now the discussion begins who the St. Louis Rams will select with the No. 1 overall pick. While some think St. Louis should take a quarterback, I feel the Rams should take one of two dominant defensive tackles on the board in Ndamukong Suh and Gerald McCoy. Either one of these players can be the last piece to the young, but talented defensive line they are building. Just a few minutes ago, however, I learned that my feeling that Ndamukong Suh will become a Ram will more than likely be correct. According to theredzonereport.com via an article on espn.com, a St. Louis Rams scout favors Suh over Gerald McCoy after some workouts. Both of these players are can't miss type guys, each having different qualities that makes each of [...] Continue reading →

Soon the entire first round will be covered on a weekly basis, but thrown in with some interesting trade possibilities Here is the Miselis Editon: 2010 NFL Mock Draft. 1. St. Louis Rams- Ndamukong Suh DT Nebraska The Rams shall begin this years draft, after finishing the season at 1-15. From the offensive to the defensive of the ball, there are to many [...] Continue reading →
After a beating like the one suffered at Baltimore, Detroit Lions fans are likely asking themselves two questions: What is Daunte Culpepper doing still playing professional football, and why are we still watching Lions games? I'm here to answer one of those questions. I don't know what to tell anyone about Culpepper anymore. But the Lions are still worth watching, if only to learn the answers to questions about 2010. After all, what did you expect this year? You all knew they weren't going to the playoffs this year when August rolled around. So there's no reason to give up on them now. They're doing exactly what they were expected to do. If you were going to give up on them, you would have been gone after last season. This season is now and has always been a preseason for [...] Continue reading →
In a quite interesting move, the Chiefs didn't  let 2005 pro bowl wide receiver Chris Chambers stay unemployed for long. After being put on waivers monday by the San Diego Chargers, the Chiefs have decided to claim Chambers off waivers just 24 hours after his released. Per profootballtalk (PFT) Chris Chambers has been claimed by the Chiefs. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/11/03/chiefs-claim-chris-chambers/ Unfortunately for the Chiefs, this isn't the same Chambers that was in Miami. Nagging injuries to his ankle have severely tarnished his career, taking him from a 70 catch 1000 yard [...] Continue reading →
As we head into Week 5, the Chiefs find themselves in a position no team would want to by this point. That being 0-4 on the season. Although the Chiefs are in the re-building phase, no one wants to see their team on the losing end each week, but with a schedule like there's, it was hard to think they would be anything but winless. Hosting the Cowboys sunday could actually change all of that. Romo's main WR Roy Williams and originally starting RB Felix Jones are both OUT. Normal starting RB Marion Barber is also doubtful with more knee injury issues. Those three accumulate for four of the ten touchdowns on the year for the Cowboys. While those following are out, that leaves QB Tony Romo two options. One being throw it to Witten, a lot. Witten may be a tight end, but he's also had [...] Continue reading →
