What do the Saints need to do in order to secure a victory and travel into a place this franchise has only ever dreamed of...
...simple score more points than the opposition. ;-) To expand that and discuss more how the Saints need to slow the Vikings and the Saints run up the score here is my preview:
The most important aspect for the Saints offense is to NOT let the foot off the gas pedal. The Saints should never look at the scoreboard as to stay in the mindset that they need and should score on every position. I love that Drew Brees, quarterback of the Saints, has said in multiple times [paraphrased] "we want to score every time we [the offense] get the ball." I love that tenacity to always push.

As the offseason now enters it's final stages before training camp, teams are now fumbling their last minute grabs off of free agency. However, some teams, like the Minnesota Vikings can only measure their offseason based on whom they didn't resign.
The Vikings have been littered with many questions other then just who their starting quarterback will be come the start of the 2009 season. The Vikings face the looming issue of the end of 2012 season and no where to play in the state of Minnesota as they will have to leave the Metrodome.
On top of that, Brad Childress for a little over a season now has been pacing the Minnesota sidelines with a giant target on his back. Many have looked at his coaching style and find it too conservative for they type of players/talent they [...]

Ask yourself, What does a mid-first-round draft pick need to do in his career in order to be successful? Would leading the league in sacks at 26 years old be sufficient return on such an investment? Nine GM’s out of 10 would tell you Yes (the other GM would tell you he’s on crack).
