With training camp under way, the Jaguars are still without their first round selection in the NFL draft, Eugene Monroe. Monroe is the only drafted Jaguar who is yet to sign a contract with the team.  Second round pick Eben Britton was the most recent with a four year deal signed on Sunday. Although Monroe is not the only first round draft pick yet to sign, it is discouraging to begin camp without your eighth overall pick. Of the nine remaining unsigned first round picks, six of them were selected in the top 10 of the draft. With the seventh overall pick, the Raiders signed WR Darrius Heyward-Bey to a 5-year, $38.25 million contract, $23.5 million of which is guaranteed.
