What do the Saints need to do in order to secure a victory and travel into a place this franchise has only ever dreamed of...
...simple score more points than the opposition. ;-) To expand that and discuss more how the Saints need to slow the Vikings and the Saints run up the score here is my preview:
The most important aspect for the Saints offense is to NOT let the foot off the gas pedal. The Saints should never look at the scoreboard as to stay in the mindset that they need and should score on every position. I love that Drew Brees, quarterback of the Saints, has said in multiple times [paraphrased] "we want to score every time we [the offense] get the ball." I love that tenacity to always push.

The Minnesota Vikings were coming off their first win of the season against a Cleveland Browns team in major rebuilding mode in week one.
The first half did not meet the typical standards of Vikings coaching.
But none the less, the Vikings finished strong behind their Pro-Bowl running back Adrian Peterson who blazed the Browns defense with 180-yards and finding the end-zone three times.
A decent 34-20 win would ease the pain of sloppy first half play.
The Vikings entered their second week ready to take on NFC North division rival, the Detroit Lions at Ford Field.

As we now have entered the third week of the regular season, the NFL has begun revolving; deciding early fates of teams with playoff hopes and dreams. Those dreams have bits and pieces that are decided by one or two players. These players have games decided by single plays in single moments... and sometimes by single yards.
One thing is for sure, the Vikings have a key facet that just won't ever be recognized for anything less the attention-getter.
Even after Adrian Peterson's monster game in week one against the Cleveland Browns rushing for 180 yards and three touchdowns, one of them for 64-yards, Brett Favre was the talk of the town.
Probably the only QB in the league that threw for 110 yards and one touchdown that got as much publicity.
