Roy Williams and Felix Jones In Doubt For Sunday

The Denver Broncos loss did not just affect the Cowboys overall record. Injuries are a big thing in this sport, and the Cowboys have their own share.

Safety, Gerald Sensabaugh, broke his thumb last Saturday. Andre Gurode hurt his leg as well, but the biggest injury to the Cowboys was to Roy Williams.

He was going out for a pass, and he got hit in midair, right in the chest, by Broncos linebacker D. J. Williams. It was a very clean hit, and it also bruised three of his ribs and some cartilage.

Top it all off, Felix Jones, the X factor in the running game, is probably out as well with that sprained knee.

I don’t understand why Felix Jones is so injury prone, but he is and it is frustrating. I’m positive that if we had had this guy last Sunday, it would have had a different outcome.

To go along with this, Gerald Sensabaugh will also be out this Sunday. He is such a good tackler that the Dallas secondary may actually be in trouble against Kansas City, which is a very scary thought.

Dallas needs to toughen up. They have all the talent in the world. Felix Jones adds such a great dimension to the running game that it is unreal.

If Roy Williams does not play then Miles Austin should get the start with Patrick Crayton on the other side.

In other words, Dallas will need Marion Barber and Tashard Choice to pound the ball into the endzone.

Overall, I hope Dallas does win this next Sunday, because a loss to Kansas City would be devastating to the season and to the morale of these Cowboys.

Lets go Cowboys and win this one!
