Emmitt Smith Inducted Into The Hall of Fame
We all knew it was coming.
Who in their right mind would think that Emmitt Smith, the all-time leading rusher in attempts (4,409), yards (18,355), and touchdowns (164), is not a Hall of Famer?
Nobody. Or else they wouldn’t be in their right mind.
Emmitt Smith is the last of the ‘Triplets’ to be inducted after Troy Aikman was inducted in 2006 and Michael Irvin received his bust in 2007.
Emmitt cried after his name was announced and embraced the previously mentioned Michael Irvin.
With Emmitt Smith in the Hall of Fame, the Cowboys now have 10 players who spent a significantly large portion of their career as a Cowboys.
Granted, that number should be much, much higher, the fans of Dallas can rejoice another member being inducted into Canton.
Love ya Emmitt.
Justice served! Emmitt is the greatest RB of all-time!
